How we decide

A fixed package decides before it has seen you. A scan decides after. This is what that difference looks like in practice.

Every visit begins with a new scan. What was true four weeks ago is not assumed to be true today.

Eight procedures are available. Two or so are combined for the day, chosen from what the scan shows.

The same doctor consults, treats, and follows up — so the reasoning behind each session carries forward.
