Your first visit
Most people put off a first dermatology visit because they don’t know what will happen, or worry they’ll be talked into something. Here is the whole sequence, in order.

01
We photograph first
Before anything else, your skin is photographed in the Mark-Vu imaging chamber. Nothing touches your face.

02
We look at it together
You see the same images the doctor sees — what is there, where it is, and how much of it there is.
03
Only what the day calls for
The doctor tells you what your skin needs now. Usually about two devices are combined for that visit.
04
You decide
You can decide after the consultation. Nothing is decided for you before you have seen your own skin.
THE JOURNEY
What that one person actually does.
You call
One number, one conversation. Nothing is decided on the phone.
We photograph
The imaging chamber goes first. Nothing touches your face.
We look together
The same screen, at the same time — what is there and how much.
Only that day’s
Usually about two devices, chosen from what the scan showed.
And again
Two to four weeks later we photograph again, and start from there.
Every visit repeats steps 02 to 05. Nothing is carried over on assumption.
